The extension service and community training, aimed at natural resource management in the context of productive activities in the watershed, based on participation and consultation with men and women of the basin taking into account their culture, forms of organization and use of natural resources.

The outreach strategy developed by the PROMIC, which is based on community training we offer is a methodological demonstration-action product of the sum of a learning process and the synthesis of the results and impacts associated with alternative technologies applied in the context of the MIC in areas of the Andean ecoregion. Is a key component in developing management projects and soil conservation since the sustainability of such projects is based on the degree of ownership by the people involved.

Includes the direct participation of a team of facilitators that through practice on the ground and using appropriate communication tools to support, carry out a process of training and support, both at community and family.
